Terms

• Ordering & Payment: shipping/handling costs are calculated on item cost and are based on standard ground rates for orders shipped to the continental (48) united states, Alaska & Hawaii may be additional. We request that all orders be paid by the online banking service “Paypal” or directly via Mastercard/Visa on "Paypal". For payments by personal checks or money orders please contact us by e-mail for an order, items will be shipped when a check clears. International orders require payment by "Paypal" only.
  
• Shipping: standard shipping for orders to the continental (48) United States, Alaska & Hawaii will be via USPS First Class. Shipments Internationally are to the UK, Canada, Japan, Mexico, EU countries, New Zealand and Australia via USPS First Class International, please allow 10 or more days for International. International rates are the same for all of the above listed countries.
  
• Returns: Item must be returned within 30 days. Refund will be given as Money Back or an exchange. Bottino guarantees the quality of all items upon arrival. If there are any problems upon arrival, please contact us first so we may try and resolve the situation. If we can’t take care of it, we will issue you a RAN (return authorization number). You obtain a RAN and provide it with your return prior to mailing it back to us. Buyer pays shipping for all returns. Item warranty is void if item is damaged by buyer.
  
• Warranty: Unless otherwise noted, all Bottino brand products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase (warranties for other brand products vary - please contact us for details) . Note: this warranty applies to original purchaser only. if something does fail, please return the item (along with a copy of the original invoice). Contact us and arrange to have the item repaired or replaced.
  
• Dealers: if you are interested in becoming an authorized Bottino dealer, please write use and ask for Tony.
  
• Product Notice Bottino takes pride in making the highest quality products that have been tested before they are marketed. However, Bottino, its owner(s) or employees, cannot assume responsibility for property damage or personal injury incurred by or concurrent with the use of the products, even if such damage or injury is the direct result of the failure of the product sold by Bottino.
  Bottino recommends installation of it’s products by qualified trained professionals in the industry. Bottino assumes no responsibility for damage or personal injury which may be caused by the manner in which products sold are installed. If you use products sold by Bottino, you use them at your own risk. Please do not use any product if you are uncertain of your ability to properly install it.
